Mytech Culture Experience May 2015

This month we are highlighting our cultural pillar of Happiness. The four pillars are supported by our values. I would like to highlight one of our newest co-workers, Stephanie LaHaye, and the value of "Create fun and a little weirdness." Stephanie works out of our new Denver location on our marketing team. On her first day at the corporate office, Stephanie worked at our annual technology event, Twin Cities TechPulse 2015. This happens to be our biggest event of the year and a wonderful opportunity to meet customers and prospects, while fostering great relationship building. Stephanie worked the Mytech booth with me, talking to everyone who stopped by. By the way, Stephanie is a Turtle (Make a Difference by Dr. Larry Little). Turtles are not usually known for being social and outgoing. We joked, we laughed and we bonded in one day. Stephanie took the opportunity to step out of her "shell" and really embrace the whole experience.

Stephanie also has been chosen to be our Culture Lead down in Denver. We are all very excited to have her take on this responsibility. She will be working closely with our culture committee to ensure high visibility across the organization, no matter the location. While this is all still very new to her, I know she is up for the challenge! I want to personally thank her for being who she is and what she brings to the table here at Mytech.
