Mytech Culture Experience | October 2016

This month as we reflect on our cultural pillar of Improvement, we focus on our value of innovate through creativity.  In our business of transactions and efficiency, it is hard to imagine there is ever time to be creative on the job. At Mytech we love this value because we encourage all employees to be problem solvers and to find new ways of getting things done better. Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) by Gino Wickman (“Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business”), Mytech is in constant improvement in all areas all the time. Using Wickman’s methodology, we are in a continuous rhythm around problem solving and improvement.  Our leadership team meets weekly to address issues that come up and identify areas for improvement across the organization.

Our endeavor is to be collaborative and results oriented. We reject the thought, “that’s the way it has always been done.” We want change and we advocate for it. The best way to creatively find a solution starts with simply having a conversation with appropriate stakeholders. It is amazing that through respectful conversation, we find the root of the issue and work together to solve it. Brainstorming is a very creative outlet to put ideas on the table and identify the path to take for improvement.
