# Your Productivity Toolkit | M365 Analytics and Cortana

Microsoft features a host of productivity tools and insights, but if you don’t know how to use them, they can feel (paradoxically) complicated to use. By broadening your team members’ usage of Cortana and MyAnalytics, you can improve productivity in a multitude of tiny individual ways – that can add up to a big productivity increase for your organization.  

During this session we explore these lesser-known capabilities of Microsoft 365. We discuss the basics of each program and offer beginner-level tips on adopting and effectively using MyAnalytics and Cortana. Get some insights, ask some questions, and start using these productivity tools to great effect.
