Having weekly one-on-one meetings with each member of your team provides an environment for coaching, mentorship, and goal/expectation setting.  But sometimes holding each other accountable for the growth and actions each of you are assigned can be hard to do without a mechanism to track them. In this session we will show you how to set up a private, collaborative space in Microsoft Teams for: 

  • Shared notes for both supervisor and direct report  
  • Tracking and documenting issues/topics that need to be discussed  
  • Private document collaboration  
  • Recording action items and monitoring progress  
  • Reporting individual metrics and goals
